Liability Waiver

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

 

By enrolling in or participating in any service provided by The Wizard of Dogs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

Participation in dog training and boarding involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Dog bites and scratches

  • Injuries to dogs or people

  • Property damage

  • Illness

 

 

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all known and unknown risks.

Release of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless The Wizard of Dogs, its owners, trainers, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from participation in services.

Veterinary Authorization

In the event of an emergency, you authorize The Wizard of Dogs to seek veterinary care at your expense if you cannot be reached.

Health & Behavior Disclosure

You confirm your dog is current on vaccinations, free of communicable disease, and that all aggression or bite history has been fully disclosed. Failure to disclose voids all refunds and protections.

Indemnification

You agree to financially indemnify The Wizard of Dogs for any damages, legal costs, or medical expenses caused by your dog.
