By using our website or booking services with The Wizard of Dogs, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Services
The Wizard of Dogs provides professional dog training, boarding, board-and-train, and behavioral modification services. Results are not guaranteed due to the nature of animal behavior and owner consistency.
Consultations
All consultations and evaluations are non-refundable.
Payments
Payments may be required in full or in part before services begin. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional dog training and boarding:

All deposits and consultations are non-refundable

Once a program begins, no refunds will be issued for any reason

Early withdrawal forfeits all remaining services

Partial refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of The Wizard of Dogs if a program must be terminated due to safety concerns or medical issues
Client Responsibilities
Owners agree to:

Provide accurate behavioral and bite history

Follow all trainer instructions

Use provided training equipment properly

Maintain consistency at home
Failure to comply may limit results and void any guarantees.
Health & Vaccination Requirements
Proof of current vaccinations may be required prior to training or boarding.
Assumption of Risk
Dog training involves inherent risks including injury, bites, scratches, or illness. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Media Release
Photos and videos of dogs may be used for marketing purposes unless the owner submits a written opt-out request.
Website Use
Unauthorized use, copying, hacking, or misuse of this website is strictly prohibited.
Modifications
The Wizard of Dogs reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
